Corrections

A public process for distinguishing source-data issues, product errors and differences of professional judgement.

Published by PropertyMetrics Research DeskLast reviewed: 13 August 2026

What to report

Useful reports identify the affected page, postcode or source record; the statement believed to be wrong; and a source that supports the correction. Do not send title documents, financial records or other sensitive personal data through an unverified channel.

How reports are classified

  • Source-data issue: the workspace accurately displayed a public response, but the upstream record appears wrong or incomplete.
  • Product error: PropertyMetrics parsed, labelled, calculated or explained a result incorrectly.
  • Coverage gap: a relevant dataset or fact is outside the connected scope.
  • Professional judgement: a conclusion requires a surveyor, solicitor, planner, lender or tax adviser rather than an editorial change.

Correction record

No material corrections have been recorded for the current public service. When a material correction is made, this page will state the date, affected content, previous meaning and corrected meaning. Upstream source amendments will be linked where possible.
