Include the page, searched postcode, affected transaction or planning reference, retrieval time and the source that supports a correction. Do not attach title documents or personal financial information.
For privacy or accessibility
State the type of request and the page or interface involved. Because saved research cases remain in browser storage, the publisher cannot retrieve a device-local case by email.
What the desk cannot answer
