PropertyMetrics aims to make the research workflow usable with a keyboard, screen reader and browser zoom. The product uses labelled form controls, semantic tables, visible focus states, text status labels and responsive layouts rather than relying on colour alone.
Current provisions
- Search, filters, tabs and case controls use native interactive elements.
- Tables retain headings and can scroll horizontally on narrow screens.
- Form inputs have visible labels and do not depend on placeholders alone.
- Motion is limited to loading feedback and respects user browser controls.
- Core explanatory content is present without requiring a completed search.
Known limitations
Some detailed transaction registers require horizontal scrolling on small screens; summary cards provide the main comparison fields without that interaction. Source services can return addresses in capital letters. The site has been reviewed with keyboard controls, browser zoom and representative mobile layouts, but it has not yet completed an independent assistive-technology audit.
Report a barrier
Email [email protected]. A useful report should identify the page, browser or assistive technology, expected action and the point where the task became blocked.
